The Manchester City striker Sergio Kun Aguero has been crowned the Premier League's top scorer after finishing the season with 26 goals.
The Argentine's effervescent form was a bright spot in what has otherwise been a disappointing season for Manchester City, who lost their Premier League trophy to Chelsea and finished the campaign empty handed.
But on an individual level, Aguero can be satisfied with a season in which he carried his star-studded side across the line on more than one ocassion.
The 26-year-old also notched up eight assists, despite only starting 32 of City's 38 Premier League games, and scored at a rate of 0.79 goals per game.

I have no words to thank everyone at @ManCity for so much affection in a day I'll never forget. And besides, what a win! pic.twitter.com/um7sc15PYv
